- 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, cut in small pieces
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Alternate bread and cheese in layers in buttered casserole dish.

2Beat eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper.

3Pour over bread and cheese.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
