- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. regular or sugar free vanilla pudding
- 1 (17 oz.) can chunk fruit, not fruit cocktail
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, well drained, reserving liquid
- 2 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange slices, drained
- 3 bananas sliced, optional
- 1-1/2 c. reserved pineapple juice
Directions

1Cook pudding mix as directed on pkg. but use 1-1/2 c. of reserved pineapple juice instead of milk.

2When cool, fold in fruit and put in a glass bowl and refrigerate overnight.

3Add bananas just before serving.
