Overnight Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. regular or sugar free vanilla pudding
  • 1 (17 oz.) can chunk fruit, not fruit cocktail
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, well drained, reserving liquid
  • 2 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange slices, drained
  • 3 bananas sliced, optional
  • 1-1/2 c. reserved pineapple juice

Directions

    Cook pudding mix as directed on pkg. but use 1-1/2 c. of reserved pineapple juice instead of milk.

    When cool, fold in fruit and put in a glass bowl and refrigerate overnight.

    Add bananas just before serving.
