- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 to 8 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Soften yeast in warm water.

2Add oil, sugar, eggs, 4 cups flour and salt.

3Stir and then beat until smooth.

4Stir in remaining flour.

5This will be a soft dough.

6Cover and store in refrigerator overnight or until needed.

7When ready to use, punch down dough and pinch off; shape into rolls and let rise until doubled in size.

8Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
