Overnight Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 1/2 c. warm water
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 8 to 8 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Soften yeast in warm water.

    Add oil, sugar, eggs, 4 cups flour and salt.

    Stir and then beat until smooth.

    Stir in remaining flour.

    This will be a soft dough.

    Cover and store in refrigerator overnight or until needed.

    When ready to use, punch down dough and pinch off; shape into rolls and let rise until doubled in size.

    Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
