  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 2 c. seedless grapes
  • 2 oranges, peeled and diced
  • 2 c. quartered or miniature marshmallows

Directions

    Beat eggs in top of double boiler.

    Add vinegar, sugar and butter.

    Cook over boiling water, stirring until thick.

    Cool. Fold in whipped cream, fruits and marshmallows.

    Chill 24 hours. Serve in lettuce cups.

    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
