  • 12 slices white bread (crust removed)
  • 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Alternate 6 slices of bread and half of combined cheeses. Repeat with the remaining bread and cheese. Beat eggs; add dry mustard and milk. Blend well. Pour over bread and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour, uncovered, at 350°.
