- 2 (8 oz.) cans oysters
- 2 c. coarsely grated oyster crackers (unsalted)
- 1 tsp. grated onions
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt, pepper and paprika
Directions

1Drain oysters and save juice.

2Combine crackers and onion to melted butter.

3Arrange in layers, oysters on bottom of casserole, ending with crumbs on top.

4Add 1/4 cup of oyster juice to milk and pour over top.

5Bake at 425° for 20 to 30 minutes.
