- 1 pt. Chesapeake oysters
- 3 tsp. butter
- 2 c. oyster liquid
- 1 medium onion, cut fine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 3 potatoes, cut fine
Directions

1Wash oysters, reserving liquid.

2Place oysters, 3 teaspoons butter, liquid and water in saucepan.

3Add potato and onion; cut fine.

4Cook over low heat until tender.

5Remove from heat.

6Add 1/2 cup milk slowly before serving.

7Yields 4 servings.
