- 1 can cream-style corn
- cream or milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- salt to taste
- sugar to taste
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 cans oysters
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- margarine to dot over crumbs
Directions

1Drain corn and add enough cream to juice of corn to make 1 cup. Melt margarine.

2Add flour, sugar and salt.

3Pour in juice and cream to make sauce.

4Add corn and eggs.

5Layer oysters.

6Cover with corn and crumbs.

7Dot with margarine.

8Put in 2-quart Pyrex dish.

9Cook over hot water 45 minutes in a 350° oven.

10Yields 12 servings.
