- 1 qt. oysters
- 5 c. potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 large onion
- 1 1/2 pt. water
- 1 tsp. dried mustard
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 pt. half and half milk
- salt to taste
Directions

1Bring water to a boil.

2Add potatoes and onion.

3Cook for 6 minutes on medium-high heat.

4Add butter, mustard and pepper. Cook 4 minutes.

5Add half and half milk and oysters.

6Cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are soft.

7Salt to taste.
