- 1 pt. standard oysters and their liquor
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1 pt. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt margarine and saute onion.

2Add oysters; let simmer until they curl.

3Add half and half and milk.

4Simmer (never boil) for 30 minutes and salt and pepper to taste.
