- 3 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. oysters
- salt and pepper
- seasoned salt
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- parsley
Directions

1Heat milk over boiling water in top of double boiler.

2Lower heat and add seasonings and butter.

3Simmer about 15 minutes; add oysters and cook 15 more minutes.

4Pour into bowls and top with a pat of butter and parsley.

5Serve with oyster crackers.
