- 1 qt. oysters
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1 to 2 celery tops, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. table cream
Directions

1Drain oysters, saving the liquor, wash carefully and drain. Place oysters, liquor, salt, pepper and celery tops in pan.

2Cook until edges of oysters curl.

3Blend butter and flour and add to oysters with cream.

4Heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
