- 2 pt. oysters
- 6 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 1/2 qt. milk
- Tony Chachere seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. juice drained from oysters
Directions

1Drain oysters.

2Saute oysters in 3 tablespoons butter until edges curl.

3Add butter, milk, juice, garlic and Tony Chachere seasoning (to taste).

4Bring to a simmer.

5Serve with oyster crackers.
