- 1 doz. oysters
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Put oysters and juice in a pot with 2 cups water; let set for 2 hours in fridge.

2Use 2 pots, in first pot melt butter.

3Add oysters and liquid.

4Bring to a boil, lower heat and cook for 5 minutes.

5In second pot, heat milk until hot, not boiling.

6Pour milk into oyster pot; heat until very hot.

7Serve with crackers.
