- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 pt. oysters, chopped with juice
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. chopped parsley
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 2 1/2 qt. soft stale bread cubes or crumbs
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet; add onion and celery.

2Cook some; then add oysters and rest of ingredients, except bread cubes or crumbs. Cook about 15 minutes.

3Add to bread.

4Mix well.

5Use as stuffing for turkey.

6Makes about 10 cups.
