- 1 pound chicken, lamb, or beef
- 1 tsp. each, garlic and ginger paste
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. green chili paste
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. turmeric
- 1-1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- 1-1/2 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- Cooking oil
- 15 fenugreek (methi) seeds
- 4 cloves
- 2-3 cardamoms
- 5 broken pieces of cinnamon
- 1 small clove garlic, finely sliced
- 1/2-inch piece ginger, finely sliced
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- Few whole green chilies
- 2 Tbsp. sliced onion
Directions

1Marinate meat with garlic, ginger and green chili pastes, salt, cayenne, turmeric, cumin powder, and coriander powder.
