  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. creamy cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and juice from pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened.

    Beat until frothy; fold in pineapple, cottage cheese, whipping cream and nuts.

    Chill until firm.
