  • 2 Tbs vegetable oil (less is ok)
  • 2 chicken breasts , cut into thin strips, season with salt, paper and paprika
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 Tb fish sauce
  • 3 green onions,
  • 2 Tb sugar
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup coarsely ground peanuts
  • Cilantro
  • 1 Lime
