  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
  • 2 pkg. Fleischmann's dry yeast packets or 2 cakes
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
  • 4 c. unsifted flour (preferably unbleached flour)

Directions

    This pagach dough recipe will make two pagach using a 15 x 10-inch cookie sheet.

    Simply double the amounts of the ingredients for four pagach, etc.
