- 3 c. milk
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Separate egg yolks.

2Beat egg whites slightly.

3Mix together egg yolks, milk, flour, salt and sugar.

4Fold in egg whites.

5Pour thin layer into large heated skillet, coated with oil.

6Cook until golden brown, then turn over and cook on other side until golden brown.

7Fill with favorite filling; for example, apricot, damson preserves.

8Put on a plate and eat.
