- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 8 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 cups Chopped Pepper (your Choice)
- 13 cups Oil
- 1- 1/2 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Chopped
- 18 teaspoons Ground Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 cup Water
- 10 ounces, weight Frozen Spinach
- 1 teaspoon Fenugreek Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
Directions

1Prep: Dice onion and garlic together.

2Chop pepper and set it aside.

3Chop chicken and set aside.

4Cook: Saute onions and garlic in oil over medium high heat till translucent.

5Add chicken, cloves, cinnamon, salt, chili pepper, and turmeric and continue to cook till chicken is no longer pink.

6Add water and reduce heat to a simmer till chicken is fully cooked (about 10 minutes).

7Add frozen spinach, peppers, and fenugreek and cook till the spinach is done (about 10 minutes).

8Stir in some butter and serve with rice.
