- 2 lb. sausage
- 2 lb. short ribs
- 4 cans tomato paste
- garlic powder
- 2 lb. meatballs
- 2 (32 oz.) cans plum tomatoes
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- salt and red pepper to taste
Directions

1Crush plum tomatoes in blender or food processor and place in large pot.

2Add 3/4 of a can of water for each can of tomatoes, oil and sprinkle enough garlic powder to cover the tops of the tomatoes lightly.

3Give a small shake of red pepper.

4Cover; simmer on high while you fry the meats.

5Stir occasionally.

6Fry meats with bones first.

7Add to sauce as they are browned.

8Fry sausages next and lastly, meatballs.

9Add to the pot.
