- 3 whole Tomatoes
- Olive Oil As Needed For Drizzling
- Coarse Salt To Taste

1Preheat your ovens broiler.

2Place the bread face up on a baking sheet.

3Drizzle the cut sides of the bread with olive oil.

4Broil face up for 3-5 minutes until crispy and charred in some places.

5Meanwhile, process the tomatoes in a food processor for a few seconds until roughly chopped and saucy.

6Spoon tomatoes over the charred bread and sprinkle with coarse salt.
