- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 active dry yeast package, Fermipan or Vahine
- 4 15/16 tablespoons butter
- 1 eggs
- 5 5/8 tablespoons sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 3/4 cups ham
- 7/8 pound bacon
- 5/8 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup pitted olives
- 1 egg yolks + brown sugar to glaze
Directions

1Mix all dough ingredients.

2Program bread machine for 15 seconds at speed 4 and then program it for 3 minutes at spike speed.

3Let rise until dough doubles in volume.

4Roll out dough with a rolling pin into a rectangle.

5Arrange slices of ham in a layer.

6Top ham layer with bacon slices.

7Sprinkle olives and raisins evenly over bacon.

8Beginning on the narrower side, roll up dough.

9Place the roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 1 hour.

10While still warm, brush with egg yolk and sugar.

11Bake for 3-4 additional minutes. Serve warm.
