- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 cans enchilada sauce
- 1 small can tomato sauce

1Brown ground beef.

2Heat together enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.

3Layer as follows:

46 corn tortillas dipped in enchilada sauce, ground beef, rice, half of the cheese, 6 corn tortillas not dipped.

5Pour remaining enchilada sauce, then the remaining cheese.

6Bake at 425° until cheese melts and browns, approximately 20 to 40 minutes.
