  • 1 lb. hamburger meat and 1 chopped onion, browned and drained
  • 2 c. prepared Minute rice
  • 1 1/2 lb. grated cheese
  • 12 corn tortillas (small)
  • 2 cans enchilada sauce
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • picante sauce
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans

Directions

    Heat together the enchilada sauce and tomato sauce. Add picante sauce to taste.

    Layer as follows in 9 x 13-inch greased pan:

    6 corn tortillas (dipped in enchilada sauce), Ranch Style beans, hamburger meat and onions, rice, 1/2 the cheese, 6 corn tortillas (dipped in enchilada sauce), remaining enchilada sauce and remaining cheese.

    Cook in 425° oven until cheese melts, 30 to 40 minutes.
