- 1 lb. hamburger meat and 1 chopped onion, browned and drained
- 2 c. prepared Minute rice
- 1 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 12 corn tortillas (small)
- 2 cans enchilada sauce
- 1 can tomato sauce
- picante sauce
- 1 can Ranch Style beans
Directions

1Heat together the enchilada sauce and tomato sauce. Add picante sauce to taste.

2Layer as follows in 9 x 13-inch greased pan:

36 corn tortillas (dipped in enchilada sauce), Ranch Style beans, hamburger meat and onions, rice, 1/2 the cheese, 6 corn tortillas (dipped in enchilada sauce), remaining enchilada sauce and remaining cheese.

4Cook in 425° oven until cheese melts, 30 to 40 minutes.
