Pan-Fried Chicken Strips

- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 lb. chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. Marsala wine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Heat a large frying pan.

2Add oil, chicken, garlic and green onions. Saute over high heat until chicken is lightly browned and tender.

3Remove from pan.

4Add Marsala and lemon juice.

5Allow liquid to reduce for a moment. Return chicken to the hot pan, salt and pepper to taste. Do not overcook.

6Serve immediately.
