  • 3 piece Cod fish sole
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 pinch salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

    Crack eggs, add cornstarch, salt and pepper into eggs.

    Beat eggs.

    Dry fillet and cut into pieces (about 1 inch per piece)

    Add fillet to egg mixture.

    Add oil in pan.

    Cook about 10 pieces of fish in pan at a time depending the size of the pan.

    Cook each side for 5 mins.

    Flip the fish nuggets after 5 minutes.

    Serve until fish filets turn golden brown and crispy.
