- 5 piece pork chops bone in
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 tbsp bacon grease
Directions

1Mix 1 teaspoon seasoning mix with flour.

4Add 2 tablespoons bacon grease.

5Place chops in pan.

6Brown, flip, brown.
