- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs japanese-style breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 24 ounces tilapia fillets 4 fillets, 6 oz each
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- salt to taste
Directions

1On second plate, place bread crumbs, mix with seasoning.

2In bowl, beat egg with fork.

3Coat fish with flour, dip into egg and coat well with bread crumbs.

4In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add fish fillets and cook 3 minutes.

5Carefully turn fish over. Reduce heat to medium and cook about 3 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork.
