- 1/3 cup tamari (or low-sodium soy sauce)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- chopped green onion
Directions

1Whisk together soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and honey in a bowl.

2Remove and set aside 1/4 cup of mixture.

3Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over top.

4Cover and chill 5 minutes.

5Heat sesame oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.

6Remove fillets from marinade; discard remaining marinade.

7Cook, skin side up, 5 minutes; turn and coat with reserved marinade.

8Cook 5 to 7 minutes more or until fish flakes with a fork.

9Top with green onions (optional).
