  • 4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon light butter

Directions

    Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Add oil and butter to a large nonstick skillet; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add salmon, and cook 6 minutes, turning and browning evenly on all sides. Reduce heat to medium, and cook 2 to 3 minutes or just until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
