- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. milk or 2 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Combine eggs, milk and oil.

2Mix dry ingredients together and blend with liquid mixture until smooth.

3If batter thickens while standing, add a little milk.

4Bake on lightly greased griddle. Bake until bubbles on top break and edges are cooked; turn and bake other side.

5May add fresh fruit or top with favorite topping.
