  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 12 cups milk

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl.

    Beat egg then add to dry ingredients with oil and milk.

    A few small lumps in the batter is fine.

    Drop batter onto lightly greased hot pan.

    Flip when edges start to look a little dry and there are bubbles in the middle.
