- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Blend egg, milk and oil.

2Blend dry ingredients together.

3Add dry ingredients to first mixture.

4Beat with rotary beater until all flour is moistened (batter will be slightly lumpy).

5Spray frying pan with Pam.

6Heat to medium high.

7To test sprinkle drops of water in pan.

8When water sizzles, heat is just right.

9Pour 1 pancake at a time into skillet.

10Turn pancakes as soon as they are puffed and full.

11Turn and brown on other side.

12Serve with butter and syrup.
