Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced carrots julienne
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 package chinese noodles Pancit Canton
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 2 cups cabbage julienne sliced
  • 1 cup peas Chinese
  • 1 pound cubed pork or chicken breast
  • 1 cup peeled shrimp
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 onion medium, diced
  • 1 teaspoon msg

Directions

    Saute onion, garlic in oil.

    Add cubed pork, or chicken ,and shrimp. Cook until done (approximately 10 minutes).

    Add all vegetables and cook for 3 minutes (don't overcook vegetables as they should still be crisp). Add 1/2 cup water, soy sauce and MSG.

    Add noodles and stir until noodles are soft. Makes 10 servings.
