- 1 cup sliced carrots julienne
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 package chinese noodles Pancit Canton
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup celery diced
- 2 cups cabbage julienne sliced
- 1 cup peas Chinese
- 1 pound cubed pork or chicken breast
- 1 cup peeled shrimp
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 onion medium, diced
- 1 teaspoon msg
Directions

1Saute onion, garlic in oil.

2Add cubed pork, or chicken ,and shrimp. Cook until done (approximately 10 minutes).

3Add all vegetables and cook for 3 minutes (don't overcook vegetables as they should still be crisp). Add 1/2 cup water, soy sauce and MSG.

4Add noodles and stir until noodles are soft. Makes 10 servings.
