- 2 (16 oz.) cans cream-style corn
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 (7 oz.) can Ortega green chilies, sliced
- 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, thinly sliced (use generous measurement)
Directions

1In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chilies and cheese.

2Mix well. Turn half the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Cover with chilies, then cheese slices. Spread remaining batter over cheese.

3May be mixed early in the day and refrigerated at this point. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until brown.
