  • 1 medium onion, cut length wise
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut in cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, big cut 1 1/2 inch length wise (Capscium)
  • 1 teaspoon heap ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon heap chili powder
  • 14 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 12 teaspoon chicken garam masala powder or 12 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 12 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 12 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 12 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • 200 g cottage cheese, it can be grated mashed unevenly

    Do tampering by add oil in a pan, put cumin and fennel.

    Add onion saute.

    Add tomatos.

    Chili powder turmeric and ginger garlic paste.

    Saute till tomato become soft.

    Add capsicum and saute 2 miniites and add little 1 cup of water.

    When it starts boiling add cottage paneer, salt and chicken masala powder or garam masala powder.

    pour the remaining water.

    close lid and cook for 5 minites.

    sprinlke coriander leaves and eat as a side dish for roti, rice, bread, idly or dosa.
