- 12 cup condensed milk
- 275 g fresh panir
- 2 -3 drops kewra essence
- 4 -5 drops yellow food coloring
- 4 cardamoms, seeds removed ad powdered
- 1 edible silver foil
Directions

1Mash paneer till smooth.

2Add milk.

3Cook on slow flame stirring constantly.

4Cook till it thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.

5Add colour and essence.

6Remove from fire.

7Mix well.

8Pour this batter onto a plate.

9Allow to cool.

10Lightly grease your palms.

11Form this mixture into balls.

12Sprinkle cardamom powder and serve decorated with silver leaf on top.
