  • 1 envelope Unflavored Gelatin
  • 2 teaspoons Water
  • 2-1/2 cups Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cups Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cups Confectioners Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin into water. Let stand.

    Heat cream, milk, sugar & vanilla in heavy saucepan to simmer.

    Stir gelatin into cream mixture. Cook & stir just long enough to melt the gelatin.

    Pour into ramekins. Let cool on counter. Move to fridge.

    Refrigerate until set (several hours or overnight).
