- 4 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Campbell Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 8 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar
- 8 ounces, weight Pepper Jack
- 1/2 whole Sweet Onion
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper
- 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Rotel With Chili Pepper
- 1/2 cans Milk
Directions

1Cut up blocks of cheese into cubes.

2Add cubes and cans of soup in a crock pot set on high.

3Dice up the onion and jalapeno.

4Add to the crock pot.

5Add the Rotel and 1/2 can (use the soup can to measure) milk.

6Let cook for about an hour, breaking up cubes of cheese as they soften.

7You can add in more jalapeno for extra spice or a pound of ground beef to bulk it up.

8Serve with any kind of scoop chip.
