  • 4 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Campbell Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 8 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar
  • 8 ounces, weight Pepper Jack
  • 1/2 whole Sweet Onion
  • 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Rotel With Chili Pepper
  • 1/2 cans Milk

Directions

    Cut up blocks of cheese into cubes.

    Add cubes and cans of soup in a crock pot set on high.

    Dice up the onion and jalapeno.

    Add to the crock pot.

    Add the Rotel and 1/2 can (use the soup can to measure) milk.

    Let cook for about an hour, breaking up cubes of cheese as they soften.

    You can add in more jalapeno for extra spice or a pound of ground beef to bulk it up.

    Serve with any kind of scoop chip.
