  • 1 (3 1/2 lb.) whole fryer
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. onion powder

Directions

    Wash and drain chicken.

    Combine seasonings; rub inside and outside of chicken with seasoning mixture.

    Place chicken in paper bag that is large enough that chicken is not crowded.

    Be sure seam side of paper bag is on top.

    Fasten bag end.

    Place bag in a pan.

    Bake for 2 hours in preheated 400° oven.
