Paper Cup Salad

  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 banana, diced
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 can Bing cherries

Directions

    Combine sour cream, lemon juice, salt, drained pineapple and banana pieces.

    Lightly fold in nuts and cherries.

    Spoon into fluted paper cups that have been placed into muffin tins; freeze. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving.

    Peel off paper cups and place on lettuce.

    May freeze for 1 month.

    Keep in freezer in plastic bag.
