Paper Cup Salad

- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 banana, diced
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 can Bing cherries
Directions

1Combine sour cream, lemon juice, salt, drained pineapple and banana pieces.

2Lightly fold in nuts and cherries.

3Spoon into fluted paper cups that have been placed into muffin tins; freeze. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving.

4Peel off paper cups and place on lettuce.

5May freeze for 1 month.

6Keep in freezer in plastic bag.
