- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- lemon juice to taste
- garlic salt to taste
- dash of cayenne pepper
Directions

1Cream above ingredients until thoroughly mixed.

2Add lemon juice to reach a good consistency.

3On a piece of aluminum foil, sprinkle sheet heavily with paprika and roll cheese into a loaf or log-like shape, covering the cheese outside thickly with paprika. Refrigerate until needed to serve.

4Can be made two weeks ahead. Can be used as two cheese balls with nuts also.
