- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 quart Chicken Broth, More Or Less
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Directions

1Heat oil in a heavy pan over medium high heat.

2Mix together the paprika, onion powder and garlic powder.

3Rub the clean, dry chicken with salt, pepper and the paprika mixture.

4Add the chicken into the pan and brown it for about 3 to 4 minutes per side.

5Add the broth into the pan.

6Only use enough broth to come up half-way on the sides of the chicken without covering it.

7You can always add more if needed.

8Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer.

9Allow it to simmer for about 10 minutes.

10Remove the chicken to a plate and cover with tin foil to keep warm.

11Add the Worcestershire sauce to the pan and reduce the liquid until slightly thickened, about 3 to 4 minutes.

12Add salt and pepper to the sauce if needed.

13Plate your chicken, drizzle on the pan sauce and serve.
