- 1 x ghee (clarified butter)
- 1 x water
Directions

1Make chappati dough.

2Divide into 6 parts and make balls.

3Flatten and roll each.

4Spread ghee over them and fold.

5Roll again.

6Heat the paratha on a griddle like you would a chappati, but Turn and spread ghee on this side.

7Fry until the bottom is crisp and golden, then turn and fry the remaining side.

8Repeat with all six.

9Serve at once as they lose crispness if stored.
