  • 4 (4 oz.) fresh or frozen fish
  • 1/3 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. snipped chives or green onions

    Thaw fish if frozen.

    Rinse and pat dry.

    Spray baking dish with nonstick spray coating.

    Stir together reduced calorie mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, chives or green onions.

    Spread mayo mixture over fillets and bake uncovered at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily, testing with fork.
