- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked long grain rice
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
Directions

1In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil; stir in rice.

2Reduce heat to low; cover and cook for 20 minutes or until tender.

3Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until browned.

4Place rice in a serving dish and sprinkle with the cheese.
