- 3 1/2 - 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions

1Combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and Italian seasoning.

2Separately, heat milk, water, and butter until 120 degrees.

3Combine both mixtures. Stir in egg and remaining flour. Knead 5 minutes

4Let rise 15 mins in warm oven.

5Divide into 15-20 balls.

6Dip each one into butter and then into parmeasean cheese.

7Place into greased 13X9 pan.

8Let rise 15 minutes.

9Bake 375 20-25 minutes.
