Parmesan Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz. each)
  • 1/2 c. fat-free grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. pkg. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced fat margarine

Directions

    Pound chicken breasts until double in size.

    Rub Parmesan into each side and pound it in well.

    Dip chicken in egg whites and press into bread crumbs on both sides.

    Saute 3 minutes per side in melted margarine in a nonstick skillet.

    Serve immediately.
