- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz. each)
- 1/2 c. fat-free grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. pkg. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. reduced fat margarine
Directions

1Pound chicken breasts until double in size.

2Rub Parmesan into each side and pound it in well.

3Dip chicken in egg whites and press into bread crumbs on both sides.

4Saute 3 minutes per side in melted margarine in a nonstick skillet.

5Serve immediately.
